Kim Skinner is a physical therapist working with the tactile communications and neurorehabilitation laboratory (TCNL). She received her B.S. degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and an M.S. degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Her research focus is on applying neuromodulation and sensory substitution technology to enhance rehabilitation of sensory or motor disorders.
